Can anybody post good scans of the front and back covers and the CD for this promo-only CD? And if it's OK to do it, can anybody post the 4:01 non-album radio edit?

Make no mistake. I know to never ask for official stuff. I asked about this one only because I underestand it's promo-only, non-commercial, not for sale, and therefore has no financial implications. If anybody can confirm that, go right ahead.
