The properties of the MP3 you provide say it is the rock mix available as track 12 from "Another Side Of Steel Wheels"
Yours also says its from iTunes...
However, "Another Side Of Steel Wheels" has only 7 tracks and none are 4:59 as is yours.

Chances are this is someone's attempt to make a fake rare edit. Not bad. The rare "Rock Mix Edit" on the Terrifying Promo is also an edit of the Michael Bauer Mix and it is confirmed to be 5:39 (not 5:49 like the CD has printed on it).
