REQUEST: Drawing of KR Playing Smack Spoon

Can someone please post a web link and/or post a copy, or email me a copy of the drawing of Keith playing a smack spoon?
It is going to be the basis of my next tattoo and the only view I have of it is in the David Dalton book.(The First Twenty Years)
We cant get a good copy of it from a copier and I don;t want to tear it out of the book.
I think the drawing was done by Joe Pategano in 1974
Any help would be greatly appreciated/
