She's So Cold Video Questions

Hello all,
I have 3 questions regarding the video for She's So Cold:

1) Is the video version different from the album mix? It sounded a little different to me

2) What make of guitar is Keith playing? it looks like a Strat body but it has 3 on a side head stock.

3) What type of delay and/or echo did they use during those sessions?
