I know 3/4 of the show is official on Four Flicks but some few song are missing like Happy. august 24th 2003 Twickenham, London.

Here is a copy of the Twickenham 240803 show I downloaded a few years ago. It includes the songs you're looking for and maybe some between-song chatter that doesn't feature on the official release - I haven't checked to be honest.
As received at 160kbps with no artwork. I didn't keep a record of the original uploader but thanks to him whoever he was.

Not quite sure.. If it is an audience recording then it's an exceptionally good one (in stereo). There is a lot of audience chatter but it could be sb.

Both complete Twickenham Stadium shows (Aug. 24 & Sept. 20, 2003) are available in very good audience quality on "Salt Of The Earth" (VGP-359, 4 CD set).
