Thanks for this. It is my favourite Stones bootleg. Track 5 Rip This Joint is actually a repeat of track four Bye Bye Johnny. Do you think you could upload track five please?

Amused, that's hard to answer, but I'll try. First, both are "must haves" if you like the 72 tour. Welcome to NY has almost total stereo separation of the guitars, unlike L & G. Welcome to NY has very little audience noise, compared to L & G. Of course, L & G has more material and it was, presumably, fussed over (and probably overdubbed) by the Stones, whereas Welcome to NY is, I think, just as it was played. I also think some versions of Welcome to NY have either more hiss or have been no-noised, compared to L & G. Hope this helps. Others may have better insight.

I'd download this if I were you, Amused.

thanks, texas fan! I'm gonna download it then, as soon as I get my new hard disk winking smiley

I'm a big fan of 1972. rehearsals in Dallas were smashing, L&G was really cool, while watching @#$%& Blues for a while I was in a different world, but compared to 1969 it just don't do for me. winking smiley
