Best version of LA Forum 75 DVD - which one?

I've got the 4Reel version of this but am thinking of getting the Joint Trip version which is supposedly an upgrade with better picture and sound quality. But some people think they both have their merits. Is it worth getting the Joint Trip one? Is it really an upgrade?
