hulloder, this is very strange indeed!

The song you posted I once had as the B-side of the US single by Andrew Oldham on Parrot titled

"Oh, I Do Like To See Me On the "B" Side"

which is completely different tune to the British release on Decca also titled

"Oh, I Do..."

There's a bit of mystery surrounding the recordings by the Andrew Oldham Orchestra, my guideline is: the earlier the recordings, the more likely we can assume the Stones to be involved!

Anyway on the British B-Side of "Oh, I Do..." composer credits go to

Oldham/Watts/Wyman !

Interesting; I also found two versions of this track. One is on the CD The Rolling Stones Files and this is the same version that I have on the Decca single vinyl.
There's another one, different version; I have not the US single vinyl from Parrot, so I can't compare.
Ok, I upload the two versions and we go in deep.

I think that the second version is "365 rolling stones of the year"

Yes straycat58!

First is the Decca, second the Parrot version!

hulloder, the second is not "365 Rolling Stones"(One For Every Day Of The Year),
at least not as I have it on the Decca single!

Man, I used to own all these Andrew Oldham lp's, "Maggie May", "East Meets West", "Rolling Stones Songbook"... gave them away, because I could not hear any of the Stones playing on these; still have "16 Hip Hits" though!!cool smiley

Rank Stranger,
on East meets west there's a version of I get around with Mick. Maggie May is still to be understood who played in that record. I received the testpressing vinyl from Alan Judge, guitarist of the Fenmen and he got it directly from Oldham and he told me that in this record many sessionmen were involved included Charlie and Bill but he can't say in which track.
16 Hip Hits : Keith plays guitar in Needles and Pins, I don't know what to do with myself, I wanna hold your hand; Memphis Tennessee is a jam with the stones and Da doo ron ron has Mick vocalist. There's also a very good version of I wanna be your man where it's still under discussion if it is Keith or Jimmy Page to play the guitar.
Difficult to verify stones participation in the single Right of way and the EP TV Themes.
There are lot of stones members participation in many other Decca singles produced by Oldham, starting from Blowin in the wind of Marianne, Lorraine Child, Bo & Peep, Stu & The Railroaders, Adrienne Posta, Jeannie & the Redheads (this single has the song Funky & Fleopatra with Charlie on drums), Cleo, etc. etc.

In "Funky & Fleopatra" Charlie is nominated like "Director".

In a song of Marianne Faithfull (maybe "Blowin in the wind") the guitar is played by Keith.

Someone can post "Funky & Fleopatra?

The second file (Parot version) doesn't match any of the ALO Orchestra tracks I know.
