rapidshare troubles

PLEASE help me (I´m sure this topic has been up before, but I could´nt find any threads):

How come, that every time I try to download anything of a slightly bigger size with Rapidshare (premium account), I get the message: "This download may contain a program" (my translation), and then, if I continue to download, I get a document with a lot of unreadable scribble!?

And: Gigasize is the same problem, apart from the fact that most of the interesting files seem to have expired!

I would be very grateful for any advice!!!

Well, what I mean is that I can not download any bigger files. I tried to deactivate my cookies, but the problem remains. And I have both Gigasize Premium and Rapidshare Premium, so it´s frustrating. Is this normal?
