ABB Tour multicam DVD's ?

Now that the tour is over, I am doing my best to sort out the different shows I DLed over the months, and the ones I still don't have.
I remember there were several sources for Milano 2006.
Is there a multicam version available from that show ?
From any other show ???
I know the MSG 2005 exists in multicam.
I remember someone saying a multicam of the final O2 should surface one of these days. Any additionnal news ???

It seems to me Dodger Stadium may be mult cam, but not positive.

The Dodger stadium seems to be multicam, but It is shot from one camera, But the shoot the big screen for the majority of the show. So it looks like it is multi cam
