REQUEST: Keith Drawing

Hello all,
BAck in 1974-1976, an artist created a drawing of Keith in an "elegantly wasted" pose playing a smack spoon like a guitar. I saw it David Dalton's book that has a bunch of interviews and a pull out of a Newman-Jones guitar (I don't remember the name of the book).
Does anyone know the name of the artist and/or could someone please post this art?

It's in this book, page 161.
