open MP3 Cutter Joiner window and click on "Help" and next on "Content". it will help you.

you have to cut it handly track after track. application not do it itself

IMHO,
i have seen and used this "ALBW" - it originates from a program called "albumwrap"
- hence name "ALBW" ?
The software makes one big MP3 for easier download rather than individual downloads...
The software also reads the single MP3s and can see "split lines" which it originally put in and re-split the MP3 as per original files...
This may or maynot help - i found it by chance one day when searching the old Kazza site and saw 1000s of files using this format.
I dont know where the software is available from now but im sure torrent sites contain it..
hope this helps...
