I don't know how to find Cologne second show, Berne 258/09 and Berne first show 26/09, two complete shows in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Brussels, the complete show from Antwerpen and the three shows in Rotterdam.
One show from Hamburg is on the setlist ofr StrettonBull and I know Yhe stars in the sky they never lie, of course. A cd named Stone alone contains some Antwerpen tracks.
