Bob Dylan also did studio and live version in the early part of his career that are nice..I do not have them in mp3 format.

Kinks? Aerosmith? Elvis? Sleepy John Estes is more like it. The version most musicians would know is Robert Johnson's from 1937, readily available on the 2cd box set. He in turn would have got it from Kokomo Arnold who had a hit with it in 1934. I believe that one is Public Domain so here it is

Clapton covers "milkcow blues" on his 2004 CD release "Sessions for Robert Johnson." It was in his set list on his 2004 tour.
