I've quickly listen to part 1 & 2, it isn't the usual source where "Gimme shelter", "Live with me", "Let it rock" are totaly unlistenable.

You have uploaded two times part 2. Is there a part 3 with the last three songs ?

Yep.

Even if it were not a different source, it would be a great find since many songs, like GS, are now listenable and some cuts, like the opening of BS, where Jagger's intro is cut and the opening stuttered, now appear in full.

But it is different. Both the tone and various audience markers indicate this.

Seems like he has only splitted the rar-files into single tracks. There' s no difference in quality.
