England's Newest Hit Makers, TRS-EP Made In Mexico (Question)

Can anyone tell me about this issue, what it is worth, number of copies pressed, etc? I have asked JR, Stones-Relics about it a few years back and he wasnt familiar with it since it was a Mexican Issue. Ive not been able to find it referenced in any book here in the USA.
Heres the description:
The heavy cardboard picture sleeve has the same photo of the band as the "England's Newest Hit Makers LP" along with the offer of a "FREE full color photo of TRS inside" under BJ's elbow.
The 45 record itself has the RED LONDON LABEL MADE IN MEXICO, Licensed To DISCOS PEERLESS and printed in 1965. The catalogue number is EPP 627
Side A : Route 66/Can I Get A Witness
Side B : Carol/Now I've Got A Witness
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
