Just to follow up on the torrent thing, I want to explain the comment about downloading "new torrents." If you start your download when a torrent is new, then as you download, you also share what you've downloaded with the other peers that are also downloading. This is the way so you can share back as well as take. The longer you leave the torrent active, the more you can share and your ratio improves.
On the other hand, if you wait until a torrent is "old," you'll find that there a a large number of seeders (those who now have the entire torrent and are only sharing, not downloading) but the torrent has been around so long there are no longer any (or just a few) leechers. So, if a torren is old and has few leechers (cause everyone interested already has completed their download), then there is no one to share with as you download and after you finish. So, you take, but cannot share, so your ratio suffers.

Not necessarily, they played two gigs in Leicester - the Clapton appearance was a one night only occurance.
