i usually don't laugh at the idea of cats choking but that one made me LOL.

on a side note, let's not forget that bernard has recorded with yoko too...

Now, about Yoko: I can't hate the woman. I don't think she should be shot, as one poster wanted. She wasn't even THAT bad looking when she was younger.She looked pretty good, but I'm a sucker for women with long dark hair.

But even I don't want to hear her "sing".

Her screams appear so random on this tune. They're so not rock n roll.
But still, I could imagine (ha ha no pun intended) a rock album where her screams are the solo instrument. Go ahead and scream your solo!

Knew a guy whose answering machine played 30 seconds of Yoko screaming, followed by the Beep. He figured it screened out anyone who didn't have anything really important to say... I sure never called him! 30 seconds would be too much, a whole concert would likely render one sterile... Yeesh!

I think I would go as at least it would mean the Stones are still touring...besides, I need to see for myself what all of the 4 decades of Yoko-mania is about... She was in the Beatles, jammed with Frank Zappa, Chuck Berry, etc... she must've had something for those cats to want to perform with her.

The only thing she had was John, and mainly people who respected and didn't want to hurt him went along with her mania for pushiness to get into the limelight as "a creative artists." And she probably knew to give Chuck Berry five bucks or something.

I can think of some others that would keep me home if they were on stage with the Stones, Lou Reed among them.
