copy pictures from "microsoft office picture" to iorr.?

1] upload it to www.photobucket.com
2] photobucket provides a few different urls for each photo - copy the last one (the one called "IMG Code")
3] paste that url into a post here et voila
4] if it's too gigantic, go back to photobucket, squish "edit" and then choose the "resize" option
5] pass these instructions on to the next iorrian who asks
