In all fairness, "the eyes are gone" on said picture because he closes them. Well, I can recall a lot of occasions during all the shows I've seen since 1969 when Keith had his eyes shut while playing. Nothing wrong with it, guitar players do these silly things when they're concentrating deeply feeling what they're playing...!

Why not, Gazza? We have heard worse things here. During fall tour a guy wrote that judging by the colour of Keith's face, "human riff" has three or five (i don't remember the exact number of the prediction) years of life...

Please how can you tell anything about someones eyes from a photo taken that far away.

The hair is a different story though.

Photos from this tour seem to show an improving hair line. I hope that these are some permanent implants that prove to be worthwhile for the long haul.

Don't think much has changed in the hair department. He still relies on bandannas to cover his receding hair line--which gives the illusion that he has more hair....

Is it just me or in that picture is he looking more like Bob Dylan than ever before?

This post begs two questions:

1. Did you find out about the illusion part all by yourself?

1st time I saw Keith was in '79 w/ New Barbarians & the last time was in Vegas last Nov. Although it was love at 1st sight in '79 I gotta say he looked better in Vegas

Perhaps the mustache is a result of seepage from the bandana/hair poltus?

Ok it may just be me, and its not based on my medical training, but somehow...put a cowboy hat on him...and my biggest concern is that Keith is morphing into Bob Dylan. Now I know I am seeing an eye doctor for a real problem with my right cornea, but I swear they look more and more alike since the mustache.

I don't know about his sight, but with that little mustache he keeps sporting, I think he is starting to look like Bob Dylan.

just logged on this morning and sorry to bump this stupid title back up to the top, but i felt inspired to post this amazing video from Rome 3 nights ago - it's too far away to see keith's eyes (or not) but i don't think he's in such bad shape actually, the rolling stones look like they're in pretty good shape too To be serious for a moment, the thing that bothers me a bit lately is that keith doesn't seem to flash all those easy radiant smiles the way he used to - maybe something's up with that.
