It seems to me that many of the pictures like this are taken when the person is just going about their own business and they catch them in a weird possition or with a strange facial expression that was just a split seccond long and that everyone makes every day, just the paperazzi don't take the regular joe's picture so we don't realize it. Therefore they are trying to find people in weird possitions, etc. to make them look funny and embarrass them. An example was a recent picture of Keith with the way the lighting was he looked deathly pale, but it was just the picture since other pictures of the same time were normal colored.
In these pictures maybe Jade was really drunk or on "something" (likely) but also maybe the photographers just chose these pictures to make her look bad.
