The new user AV at RO apparently is a Ukranian with great English-skills; just what we have missed over here:

"There are a couple of reasons that can cause cancelation of the show in Kiev. 1-there is a huge construction work just in front of NSC Olympisky. It seems that it does not fit UEFA safety requirements for 80000 people and operates at 1/2 of its capacity. There is major safety issue for evacuation. 2-the management of NSC asked for $300000 safety deposit for possible football field damage. Who is gonna pay? :-)(http://www.rosinvest.com/news/276379/) (in russian) 3-the local promoters are cheap bastards who made a huge rip off with last year Roger Waters concert. TVN24 <it's like CNN in Poland> says that 3 dates are taken under consideration : 14th, 25th and 29th of July. At this moment NO AGENCY admits to organising the gig. All the OFFICIAL informations will surface on May 7th (Monday) on a special conference, held by <at present> unknown agency.

May 7th of course, my mistake...already corrected
Lorenz - I don't know what's going on with Belgrade date, July 14th has surfaced just today here in Poland, so we don't know much more than the media that provide us with the rumors. I would place my bet that - if the gig shall happen in Poland - it would fit cancelled Ukrainian date, July 25th
