This thread has been done before, but with many new names here, maybe it is time to do it again.

My name is from the flat at 102 Edith Grove in London where Mick, Keith, Brian and Jimmy Phelge lived while raising hell in the early '60s.

I am really interested in finding out where this cat named Angus MacBagpipe gets his/her name. Makes me wonder if there is a new burger on the menu at the Edinburgh McDonald's!

My name is Mulder. Mulder= Miller + Stones => Millstone.

I wanted to choose Jumpin' Jack Flash because it's my favorit Stones song, but it seems i'm not the only one and it was not available. So i added 59, the year i was born.

When I signed in at IORR, I had just been out in the snow, and right now I've also been out in the snow, it seems to be the main ingredient of my life.

When I first came across IORR in 2004 I never thought I'd become such an avid reader of the various postings on this web site.
Had I known that back then I'd probably select a more creative and unusual screen name.

I remember reading-who knows if this is true- that during VL sessions a cat used to wander around the studio. Keith named the cat "voodoo" and left milk out for him etc and then used that as the idea for the title VL.

he brought it inside, created little living quarters for it, including a sign that read Voodoo Lounge
and i believe it was Charlie who pointed out "there's the album title." or so legend has it, anyway.
Keith kept the cat - he mentions it in the "Ask Keith" section on his site.

I usually have RubyTuesday0 as my screen name for all sort of things.
One because my real name is Ruby and my mum always used to call me Ruby Tuesday.
but then when i use Ruby Tuesday on the internet, lots of people say..

Gwen is simply a short for my name. Keith called me Wingless, so on the french forum I'm now known as Wingless Gwen.

Its my first name and part of my last name. I'm afraid that If I make a post with my full name, my head will explode.

I needed a name for my email a few years ago and as my own name is as common as sh te,I used a shorter version of my late mothers with son added on

ado(Adolaide ) tulip son

The obvious Stones ones were taken so I thought, well I like Bowie too and Rebel Rebel is a very Stones like riff.

My screenname consists of the first parts of my first and last name. Nothing special, but easy to remember
