Oops! That seems to be an instance of 4 different price levels,
I stand corrected.

Just saying "in theory" they could do that. I think the price levels in 2003 were £35, £85 and £150

wouldn't it be nice, for once. if the band deemed their UK fans fit to stand on the pitch like they do abroad ?

i'd like to think they'd treat us better this time but i fear another 'uk fan' shafting once again

i hope i'm wrong

This means they're going to be on the road for almost 3 months...

Correct - although there'll be a couple of one week breaks every 3-4 weeks or so, I would imagine, so youre really looking at no more than about 30 shows

The two George Michael shows at Wembley Stadium have 'pitch standing' tickets (not that I'm going!) so at least we know it is permitted there. Just down to the RS strategy of ticket sales now......

And since we know they are not touring for the money, I guess there'll be pitch standing tickets

They sold pitch seating tickets for the 2006 shows, which were originally supposed to be at Wembley. Can't see it being done in a different way this year.

Agree, can't imagine it'll go from pitch seating in 2006 to pitch standing in 2007 ?

Sure they tour for the money. But approx 25% of the shows are NOT for the money. Wembley will probably be for the money, plus the fun of it of course.

Disd anyone notice that on the same site of that broker they offer tickets for Paris June 16 (no breaking news actually) and they mention a Stones show at Werchter festival ground. I am not sure if I understand it rigt but to me it sounds as if you can make kind of a "pre-reservation" for a show in Werchter. Is that the rumoured Brussels show or an extra show for Belgium?

Standing tickets are permitted at every venue - indoors and outdoors - in the UK that the Stones have played in 2003 and 2006. The choice to make the shows all-seated and therefore to charge double what the rest of Europe is paying is that of the band and their promoters, and nothing to do with any of the venues.

I would imagine it's one or the other (Brussels or Werchter). Not both.

Yes, of course, one or the other
