Maybe he gets a kick out of renting his private houses. He loves to do it.

Because it costs a fortune to maintain. He has a staff of 6 there. When you rent the villa, you also get his private jeep to use the entire week, and his staff. The chef will make you anything from junkfood to gourmet food. Go for the latter!
