Still MIGHT go see Frampton tonite. There was a Steely Dan tribute band in town last night that I was curious about but missed them. The REAL Steely Dan will be here in a couple weeks, but I think it's a general admission standing room only show; not really the way I want to experience a band like Steely Dan. In other news, my wife tells me that Kiss will be at Cobo Hall next month, recreating a live album they recorded in that very building 35 years ago. She was only nine at the time, and couldn't be there because her parents wouldn't allow her to join the Kiss Army. Well, you know what they say, it's never to late to have a happy childhood ....

Just saw Green Day last night. Of the 500 to 700 plus concerts I've seen in a 41 year period, it had to rank as one of the best 5 shows I've ever seen. Almost 3 hours of working the audience....taking a page from Bruce.

Shanghai project did not work out. Team members and Chinese liked me; However, the most important person, Project Manager, did not. He simply had it out for me with no reason. When he more or less fired me, he stated that the Chinese had cultural issues with me. Upon my departure, I received numerous favorable e-mails from baffled Chinese and team members. Unfortunately, the world is full of partial or biased folks.

Good News: I get to see a geat concert.
