Bjornulf has several houndred. (probably ask him yourself!) However, an English doctor (I met him in Munich 2003 where we both saw all three shows) had seen more than 1200 shows back then, june 2003. He was on the spot in Richmond in 62 etc.
Personally, I've seen them 84 times, but before Christmas it's over 90 times. 100 within next autumn, I hope.

Well I'm afraid I only attended 2 this summer here in the UK, but the silver lining may be another chance next summer.
In total, over the years, I guess about 35 shows.

Man you guys must be rich to be able to afford so many shows nowadays... must be nice *sigh*

I usually get a (very) temp job at the venue, get in there for free, ditch the outfit, then go scout me a good seat.

My friend was an usher at the Orpheum theater and he got me in the back door, now that was nice.

14 shows on the ABB tour up thru Regina I, with more to come (Beacon or LA theater show along with Dodger Stadium, perhaps Vegas, hopefully Wembley)

32 overall in 31 years going back to Cow Palace II in '75 in SF

oh, and I heard one I did not see -- couldn't get into Wiltern Licks theater show, so listened to it from the top of the parking garage behind the theater

hes bullshitting. Think about it for a second. They played their 1,000th show in 1967 and their 2,000th two months ago. They would have been on about 1,850 shows by June 2003 - so he'd need to have seen two thirds of every show theyd ever done.

he'd need to have already seen a few hundred in the Brian Jones era, and then pretty much every show ever since. or vice versa. Absolutely no way

ah thats not fair. It discriminates against all of us who were old enough to have seen multiple shows between 1982 and 1989 only for the Stones to NOT tour in that period!

Not as many as some of you, but it sounds more substantial if I put it this way.
I've seen every tour since 1982 at least once in more than one country.

What about a thread of how many tours you have went to. I have went to 5 tours, one concert on each tour. I have travelled 9000 km from my home to the concerts and back, and that`s the reason why I only have seen them once on each tour.

I honestly can't remember all of them (I go to see a lot of other bands as well) but I think I'm up to the 20-ish mark since 1975. ABB 5 times and Licks 4 times, most of the other tours since 1975 2 -3 times each.

As you mention it I've recently tried to write down every live band I've ever seen. It's amazing looking at my list.

Me. I'm 43 and have been to 41 shows. Hopefully I'll get to 'shoot my age' - to borrow an old golf term - next year

They havent played Northern Ireland since 1965, so I've had to cross borders, get a boat or at least one flight to every show (since 1982) that I've seen them play. The nearest show for me was the first one (Slane) in 1982 (about 135 km) and the farthest was the trip to LA (about 9500 km each way) in 2002.

Seeing other countries and cities is a huge part of the fun (a Stones show is a great excuse) but more than anything I really would love a hometown gig before they hang it up.

16 in 44, 2.75 yearly avg. I have tickets for 3 more shows on this tour which will make 19. Then I hope to make 20 at wembly next year.
