Hampton '81 - WMET - Should I Transfer Into Digital Format

I directly recorded this FM stereo transmittal off the WMET in Philadelpia, PA in 1981 - I'll have to check the original tapes, but had some cool pre- and post-commentary - complete show..commercials, etc...as I recall..as usual minor edits were performed by VGP for cd purposes..this show was also simulcast as I recall..but again slightly different from radio station broadcast..which seemed to be more complete..I'll have to listen to the tapes again and transfer into digital format..torrent...if anyone is interested.
Any info, concerning the WMET broadcast - Is it worth the effort to transfer into digital format?
