That's just great. Is this the beginning of the end of one of the best threads we've seen around here?
Can I request that the Insensitivity to Terrorist Attacks thread be started as it's own OT so that BV can eventually delete it, but leave this great thread?

I'm sorry, I wasn't aware anyone was offended. People always give me these vague, insulting remarks, instead of just telling me.

Hi Reptile, Then I'll just come right out and tell you. 9/11 jokes in any way, shape, or form, just are not taken lightly or considered even remotely funny by Americans (or any American worth his salt).
There, now you know, no big deal. Let's just drop it.
Just finished Far Away Eyes - now onto Some Girls. Yeah, baby, why don't you PLEASE come hooooooome.

For the record, I wasn't, but when I saw your message, I cringed, expecting a backlash of sorts, which I figured would turn into a geo-political debate which BV would wind up getting his panties in a wad over.

That reminds me, funny thing actually, I heard on TV, they researched Americans and Dutch peoples senses of humor. This is no joke!! They said Americans like humor like Everybody Loves Raymond. A little sweet, not offending, with a family and all that. And Dutch like Hans Teeuwen - a Dutch comedian, who makes all kinds of jokes about cancer, pedophiles, religion, @#$%&, 9/11 for that matter, hehe and in his last show he jerks off on stage, hilarous, anyway, you name it. And he's the most populair comedian in Holland. We watch shows of him at school, hahaha. Anyway, I thought that was an interessting fact, wouldn't you agree?
Oh yeah, the topic. I have a habit to rattle on about everything but the topic. Sorry. It's a good topic indeed.
It's time to put something new on!!
How about Brown Sugar with Clapton. Normally, Brown Sugar is one of my favorite songs, and I'm a very big Clapton-fan, but I don't like this. The slide licks don't fit at all. Mick's vocals , are great by the way. He really shows, howls like did in the 70's, great stuff.

CindyC - Any significance to the timing of the Berlin song or was it a random shuffle?
