i am wondering if there is a good program, preferably free or cheap that i can use to take the audio from the bridges to babylon dvd and put it on a cd

DVD Shrink, if you're gonna copy it. Fast and just great. And it's free.

To make X-vid or DivX on CD-R, use TMPEG Express.
That can take audio out of videos. Code to NTSC and PAL, Change clips and so on.
A multi-tool for video encoding/decoding and editing.
I Downloaded this from LimeWire with a crack.
