I like the sound of this guy. I prefer to believe him rather than Fran Curtis. Plus the fact that hes a "doctor" gives the story much more credibility.

Because he had a @#$%& brain operation and even you must know
that there is a lot of waiting and hoping after that before even
the Stones can put an end to speculations.

>> the Stones themselves can´t end the guesses, because they don´t know how Keith´s injury will heal <<

yes Too Tough, that is exactly the point: and if the Stones don't know right now,
then neither does the Daily Express, or the fans they're quoting so authoritatively.

>> As long as they don´t know WE or the tabloids have to guess. <<

as long as they don't know, we have to wait. guessing isn't obligatory ...

>> Mick being pissed is quite realistic <<

as in it matches your concept of Mick, which is no skin off my nose.

other commentators added that Richards will take several more lead-vocal turns than usual in the revamped show,
featuring such favourites as The Harder They Come and Worried Life Blues, as well as a piano set.

Keith, be well - all the way, baby, all the way

LMFAO at drbryant

Wishful thinking of a kind there I believe.

Just imagine if the stones WERE to do a tour just like that ...

It'd be freakin' fantastic ! An idea for future ? fingers crossed ;^)

Not sure what the "even you" is supposed to mean, but anyway, yes I know that we can't know right now, that's why speculations may keep you busy but they won't get you anywhere nearer the truth.

If the tour does not start within the first two weeks in June then it will be a BIG problem logistics wise. But it seems like Keith is developing fine, and when he is being checked tomorrow, they will know a lot more. I would expect 6 shows delay and start with Gothenburg or St Petersburg. Hopefully no more than 1-2 weeks of delay, that is all. In 1998 they got a 3 weeks delay and then Mick lost his voice, with another two shows being cancelled. The UK tabloids are more into making stories and headlines than supplying facts as usual. I would not use them as a reference of my tour information.

Dr Bryant would be very much more believed if he could spell the name of
the bassist of the Stones correctly: [www.darryljones.com] :0)

BV, if I'm allowed to ask.....
I wondered if the "Get Well"-thread have been sent to Keith?
Pretty soon, he'll be fully recovered....perhaps a "Welcome Back"-thread would be more suitable?

Yes, I was wondering about this too. BV, have you sent this thread/messages contained within to Keith yet ? Would love to know if you have, and especially what the response (if any) is/was.

Thanks
