You damn right... I'd give anyone an extra organ if they needed it. I am on the registry to give my bone marrow at a moments notice and will do the same for a kidney, lung, testicle, eyeball, hell, anything of which god gave me a spare. Blood, who needs blood? How about plasma? I've got more than I'll ever use.
