Will there be a new single before the European leg of the tour starts? I think there's gonna be one, but which song will it be?
I was intrigued by Gazza's prediction in the SOL thread: "Biggest Mistake appears to be the next single, going by the fact that its been getting a bit of airplay of late." Good idea or not?
I have heard Dangerous Beauty on the radio a lot lately. But my favorite song on the album has to be Look What the Cat Dragged In, Let Me Down Slow or Laugh I nearly died...
I just can't picture them playing any of those live. I guess I can't picture them playing anything else from the new album that has not been done already.
I think it should be Laugh I Nearly Died, the best song on the album. But whatever song it will be, the marketing must be full force, otherwise they shouldn't bother releasing it...
The next single in the Stones? I think perhaps Chuck Leavell. I'm sure his wife can't stand that he publishes his diaries on the internet. It's almost absurd. Well, he can always find a new one, with his polished hair and big smile.
Let Me Down Slow - very catchy Laugh - radio-compatible Dangerous Beauty - modern kind of rock She Saw Me Coming - hard rocking, something different Radar - probably the best groove of all those ABB songs

I doubt there will be another single release off ABB. Would like Rockman's dream to come true though.
Don't think they're the best songs, but I think the biggest single potential is in songs like Let Me Down Slow, Biggest Mistake and Look What The Cat Dragged In.
she saw me coming ...jaggers sexual vocals just perfect ...mabe driving to fast thats a nice song...last thing we need is virgin to pick a single ..lol the blind leading the blind
After the SOL debacle, I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped Neo-Con as their next single. (I like the song, but the commercial prospects are beyond minimal)
I would love to see something completely out of the blue like..........Under the Radar.........I know as slim a chance as hearing Jigsaw Puzzle in concert...........but I also think that their record deal with Virgin and the marketing campaign for ABB SUCKED......where was the promotion??....the most brilliant part about U2/Atomic Bomb was the tie up with Apple computer and the I POD commercial.........THAT was brilliant!!
Quite honestly, I think it's stupid to release a single from last year's album. The might as well give out another Greatest Hits album. It's pointless. If they release a new single now, it should be new songs.
The Stones Vikings said that they were going to have word of what the next single is going to be shortly.I doubt that there will be a huge smash hit but,any non album b-sides that might be included would make it worthwhile to me anyway. It hasn't even been seven months since ABB was released. They released singles from Steel Wheels in 1990,from Voodoo Lounge in '95,and from Bridges in 1998 for some recent examples.
