Hope you are right. In September, a lot of Europeans come back from their vacation time. But mostly without a penny left. And where ? I do not foresee Germany, Netherlands !!! UK, Spain, France. Doubt about it. Maybe Nothern Europe. Eastern Europe : have no visibilty so far. Israel, Belgium or Switwerland.

Didn't seem to be a big issue at the two sold out shows at UVA and Duke.

Glass Slide: One, the overwhelming majority of college kids find the Stones passe, at best. Secondly, exactly how are most of the kids in college going to swing these ticket prices?

If they called Duke a sellout, someone was stretching the truth, and you had your pick of tix out front for $20-$60. However, there were quite a few college aged kids there compared to the other shows I went to. Don't recall that many college-aged kids in Ft. Lauderdale, last week, and that was Spring Break. A broker/scalper told me "are you kidding? these college kids don't have any money! I don't make anything from them." I agree w/ Glass Slide; if you're counting on college kids, forget it.

Perhaps the rental rates on smaller college football stadiums is significantly less than big pro football stadiums and more readily available?

I doubt it would be football stadiums, Steven to be honest . Plus the main factor would also be the guarantees that the band's management demands

Next fall is light years away, so who cares ? Meanwhile, bye bye USA, ello ello Europe. Countdown time !!

Barcelona, Madrid, Nice, Porto, Valladolid, Wembley 1 & 2, Glasgow, Sheffield, Cardiff ................. yahooooooooooo !!

This is the last tour...of course they'll play a few more dates in the U. S. at the end to say goodbye to us after almost 44 years.
