They won't accept my passcode!

Please help!

I remember when I used them for Buenos Aires tix last Nov. being confused because you need to enter your access code BOTH in the username and password field. Have you tried that?

it asks for a Passcode.
This I give him.
It does ask for a personal ID
I tried filling in the passcode there too,
but it doesn't work.
I don't understand this username/password field.
I don't get to see it. I only see the Passcode.

I just don't get it. I have been trying to fill in this form for 3 1/2 hours now... what am I doing wrong. I wrote a million e-mails to rs.com, but it doesn't help!

are you 100% sure you're not accidentally entering it with a space at the end? sorry if that's a dumb question,
but it's an easy mistake to make when copying/pasting the code, and the system will reject it as a wrongly-entered code.

No there is no space.
I checked and double checked everything ....

Well with sssoul, you seem to care a lot more than the people at rs.com.
Sure, they reply. They say I have to read the instructions carefully.
They say I can contact etix.com. I'm not illiterate: not only can I read, I can also write. That's what I did long before I received their reply.
What a bummer. I have been waiting a year to get tickets and see the Stones. Last time in Paris I was in the press section. And I just wanted to be on the field.
Life is far from easy. I guess I'll be 200 meters from the stage in the end.

I read many Japanese have same problems for Sapporo tickets.

The presale code just does not work. Or maybe it doesn't like japanese creditcards.
I don't know. I send lots of e-mail to etix. No answer.
Do you have more info on what sort of problems people experienced?
Maybe a link to a japanese message board. A collegue of mine can read it for me.

We're talkin 11 hours of frantically trying to get a ticket.
You always get the same offers, so I suppose it just doesn't work.

Incredible. I wasted my whole day on this nonsense. If it's not a technical failure then I must be a real dumbass. No tickets.
It is like it was a month ago when JEC international advertized the tickets, and there were no tickets. At the time I spent 3 hours frantically calling that number.
