Maybe they wanted to rehease it again during soundcheck but didnt have time cause they also Let It Bleed, Time Is On My Side and WWW to go through and just decided that lets do it next time.

It was obvious why Keith only did one song. He had a hard enough time singing the one song he sang, Little T&A.It was the one song that just did not sound right. Everything else was great. Seeing Irma Thomas singing Time Is On Our Side with the Stones was an all-time Jazz Fest moment.
