Can anyone around here help me!

I was fannying around the other day, trying to get hold of some tickets for the Belgium gig, and I think I ordered some tickets.

Well, the site that I put the details in was in english, but i have started to receive some emails which I'm having problems translating.

I getting the roght idea. But I'm wondering if anuone here could give me a clearer picture of what there saying, and is there any important information that I'm not picking up on?
