There seems to be a consensus about Ron: [iorr.org]

though the point remains: so what?

So what if anything, does MT still earn
as a past member, as opposed to a hired
hand, with the Stones???????????????

Possibly nobody really knows.........................?

There were rumors that he sold his royalties for a lump sum in the 80s, but folks who claim to know about him report that he has received payments for Jump Back, 40 Licks and other re-releases so he appears to be still receiving royalties for his performance on those CDs.

People tend not to want to believe these kinds of things, esp if it is anything less than favorable about the current stones....but as we all know, the truth is stranger than fiction, and there are many similarities between MT's treatment and Brian's treatment.
Did MT ever sue the band, or maybe he was bought off from doing that. I've heard Brian may have possibly threatened to sue the band in 69, and looked what happened to him when he tried to look after his own interests.

"it wasn't long before MT settled in on the US East Coast (Long Island) - the house where the Great Gatsby was filmed."

Wow, I love that house, and the movie is one of my faves!

Now the Stones are having their Seasons Hoilday break, Mick Taylor left his cage and will play tonight December 7 in Gothenborg. Come out of your lazy chair and listen to some real pure music.

Pretty weird insinuation. Maybe you've watched one gangsta movie too many.

Mick signed 350 deluxe copies of the EXILE book on Genesis Publications. Must have been paid at least 10 quid per book, so . . . . .
