The sound is not "messed up" imo, it is intentionally made worse by recording from loudspeakers with a microphone to fool us into believing we hear some "secret" and possibly "new" stuff. I actually listened to it all the way through (ok... often fast forward!) to discover at least a glimpse of something previously unheard - a waste of time, shame on the video producer!
