Depends on the Codec. There are a few Bluetooth audio codecs like LDAC (which is Sony exclusive) or AptX Lossless that are not completely but almost lossless (even though AptX Lossless is called Lossless it isn't true Lossless). I have some Sony headphones with LDAC that I also listen to lossless files with and I can't perceive any difference (although I am someone who can hear MP3 compression most of the time).Quote

I’m not a fan of wireless either. But maybe technology has reached the same level as traditional headphones? Anyone know?

Was given these high-end super duper headphones sometime ago, with cables as thick as mooring lines ... they lasted less than a week!
Still have no idea why these things don't come with jacks, so that you can easily replace the cable when it breaks
