Yes, and it should be noted that the packages sold on TM do not include any VIP stickers which grant you access to pre-show hospitality (of which, there are numerous tiers). Just like the fine print on the link Irix posted says.

Didn't know where else to post this. I'll wear this shirt tonight, which I had custom made for the London Marathon 2 weeks ago. I was shocked that I got at least 15 shout-outs a mile "stones!" "mick" "keith!" and even two "Charlie Watts!" Londoners **love** their Rolling Stones. Most fun I'd had in the 20 marathons I've run.
