Looks, and sounds, to me like a bad attempt to create something that looks new by chopping and changing something that already exists.
Nothing is achieved visually. All that stuff is well known.
And the sound is AWFUL. Instead of the crisp clear delight of the original, it sounds as if someone has put it through a dreadful pseudo stereo process and then an echo chamber.
