Agreed. However, I do really feel that the 'England's Newest Hitmakers' text ruins the image.

It's the photo I love.
It totally fits and shows their attitude from back then.
Interesting to learn that the UK version left the text out.

First I learned of this..
So much better without the text.

A deliberate intention on the Stones’ part, I think; or Andrew Oldham’s, possibly. The message is in the image. No words necessary. It’s the same with The Rolling Stones No.2 They didn’t even feel the need to title their albums properly!
