I can't read French.....but, does this say that the Stones are to play Isreal and Serbia-Montenego?

well, even for those of you who dont understand French too well, I think its quite evident by now that this isnt going to happen...

I can read french as it is my mothertongue. But I still bet that they will play Wembley.
As for Israel they write far more less than your favorite site as posted by erikjjf

they may well play Wembley but this report still suggests they're going to open it - which seems somewhat unlikely
