Mick T was also playing with Billy Preston as the opening act on this tour and he donned this African garb to add to the atmosphere it seems. The redoubtable Captain Sparrow was at this show and told me that Mick was was wearing this costume throughout. Is that they way of it Cap'n? Arrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I don't think anyone said that he was wearing this garb for the whole tour, as other photos from this time can illustrate, just for at least this show.
