An Ibanez Studio named Nadine that I bought in 1980 (and kept hidden in my closet until 1982) and a glittery royal blue Danelectro named Loretta that I bought (1) because it looked cool and is very light and (2) because the girl behind the counter was cute and wearing a pink shirt that said in little letters "porn star." Loretta is tuned in open G and slide sounds great on her...

I'm one too.

My guitars:

Taylor 510-CE Acoustic - from Steve's on Queen St. Toronto.

Fender Squire Strat - my first electric, not bad, not great but has great action.
Gibson Les Paul Studio. Wine Red. Gold Hardware.
Fended Tele. Blond. Re-issue. Not sure what year. Sounds great though, has a humbucker pick-up, sounds quite stones-y through my amp, cranked up.

Fender Squire Musicman Bass. This is a crap instrument but does the job for demos.

Trace Elliot Bonneville Tube Amp. This is a beautiful valve amp, sounds great, warm, lovely tones.

Jim Dunlop Wah-wah pedal.
OD pedal,
Mulit-Fx processor, don't use much. Prefer straight up rock'n'roll!

Also play the piano/keyboard.

@#$%&! I love music!!

Mr Jimmy did you happen to buy that wine LP studio with gold from me off of ebay 2-3 years ago?

I started out as a strumming guy with a Hondo (Les Paul replica) but now I got three guitars:

1. Espala C-15 (a classical or Spanish one with nylon strings)
2. Washburn (a Western guitar)
3. Fender Telecaster (just plain wooden, like Keith's one)

If I'll ever buy another one (and I think I will) it will be a semiacoustic Gibson, since I'm mostly fingerpicking nowadays (thanks to my neighbours).

Skippy mate, no I bought it from a music store back in 1996. About 30 miles SW of London. Kingfisher music in Fleet.

This was my first 'real' nice guitar, I love it...
