Photo Session Around 1999

On the 2nd page in the HONK booklet there's a pic of the lads with Keith in a double buttoned pinstripe suit.

Anybody got any info about the month, year and location? I love it and wanna get it up on me wall. (Couldn't find any info on the web) Cheers! smileys with beer
