could this be about sexual dysfunction? anybody have any ideas?

Yes I think it is, "I can't seem to stay in step because she comes everytime that she pirouettes on me" is quite revealing, as well as the chorus itself. It's also about disfunction of a man in total, he's just so nub and can't feel the pain; disconnected from the physical, no wonder he has trouble in bed! There was a chat about this on this site, a few years back, which was great fun.

Rocks off does have a few meanings in England though I think. However, you have the gist of it.
