The Swedish band Neon Leon released a single in the beginning of the 80's. The A-side is Las Palmas (catching the sun) and the B-side is Heart of Stone where Mick Jagger is singing background vocals and playing guitar. Is the band still existing?

That Leon fellow played occasionally with a bunch of musicians
in the southernmost of Sweden (county Scania/Skåne) in early or mid-80s,
some of them my favs, Ronny Carlsson, Ronny Jönsson &
Rockamöllan, and Onna Taas Band (the band I´s like to remember Leon played
w/; as a session musician. I´m sure he played with other bands too.
...BTW I´ve succeeded in downloadin one of Rockamöllans LPs
the other day & have been bothering my friend of puttin their best LP over in a digital form (but sofar in vain)... Smokin reggae with lyrics on Drugs draggin you to death and Unhappy love.
I have a bleak memory of havin attendin a Neon Leon concert at a Roskilde
Festival in mid-80s.
