Just me personally, I wouldn't go see any band if the singer can't sing. I just... I can't justify money for that. If they got a new singer, maybe we're talking about something else.

Kiss’ Zappos Theater residency canceled

The thing about showbiz is, there is no such thing as a sure thing. This is true even when Kiss is booked for a residency on the Strip.
The much-ballyhooed series at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood has been canceled, with tickets being taken down from the Caesars Entertainment/Ticketmaster link. The shows were to open Dec. 29 and run through Feb. 5.

Reps for Zappos Theater say that ticket providers will contact purchasers with refund information. The venue is also said to follow the band’s kissonline.com website for further details.

Representatives of Live Nation and Caesars Entertainment have not yet responded to requests for comment. Live Nation is under an exclusive booking contract with Caesars Entertainment, which owns Zappos Theater and Planet Hollywood. Reportedly, soft ticket sales are the reason (and is usually the reason) the run has been called off.

Kiss has been touring extensively this year, though the series was postponed for several shows as co-founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons both tested positive for COVID.

Heard they cancelled their Vegas residency.

They killed a roadie, cancelled a residency, and have released multiple IEM's that really prove this entire show could basically be a recording that someone presses play on. This band means so much to me and at this point the car crash is more exciting than watching them go out on a high note. Its so sad.

Yesterday I watched a bit of the You Tube Show from Osaka I believe that had the cues and countdowns on it . The question I have as the several songs that I listened to -was this old previous vocals of Paul's voice that they are now inserting into the soundboard mix/feed ? If so these vocals sounded better than the last time I seen the Gene + Paul show in makeup @the Garden in 2012 .

Simmons tethered down from a helicopter at Rock am Ring. The crowd went nuts.

I am in Vegas for the Stones and at the Rio. They have some Kiss theater or show here. Walking past that is as close as I will get to a Kiss show. They were fun when I was 16. The Love Gun era.

KISS announced the "final shows" on The Howard Stern Show today - December 1 and 2 at Madison Square Garden.
